A common requirement is to import data collected in FormConnect into an external database. There are two approaches that work best. Export the records into either a CSV or XML file. Below are the option for selecting all records and the different file formats to choose from.
These records will then be organized into a format that can then easily be imported into your external database. Below are the sample formats for the XML and CSV files.
