Forest Carbon, an organization whose goal is the preservation of threatened natural forests is using the FormConnect app to assess the integrity of forest locations in SE Asia. They have created a form (paperless) that is used to analyze the quality of the forest. The form contains a combination of text, date, radio buttons, drop down lists and photos.
