Onsite nurse visits are very important for patients that are incapacitated in some way that prevents them from visiting their health professional. By visiting the patient in the home, the nurse can perform many tests and check their vital signs to determine their overall health. This check-up can be used to prepare a report that can then be sent back to the office for further follow-up.
