Using the iPad to Tag Multiple Customer Records

If you have entered customer data across multiple forms, the best way to cross reference this information is via the tagging function.  FormConnect automatically assigns a tag to all records created and links them to any other records that have the same tag name.  So for example, if you have a customer named “Michael Smith” entered on multiple forms, all records where Michael Smith’s name occurs will display under the “Tags” section on the main screen with the total number of records listed.  When you click on the Michael Smith folder, a list of tabs will display on the right side of the screen with all the forms in which Michael Smith occurs.
