The iPad is a terrific device to use at a trade show or convention where you want to collect information about attendees for follow-up purposes. The purpose of the iPad is to create a registration type form where you can hand the device to the attendee and then let them fill out the form. Once the attendee has filled out the form, you can store that record permanently, email it back to the home office or export the data into a format that can be used for viewing in an Excel spreadsheet.
