One of our customers is using FormConnect to create a visitor log book. They hand the iPad to a visitor and have them fill out the form. What was unique about this design was the instruction guide they placed at the top of the form “Click + for New Record”. While the + symbol may be obvious to iPad users, it might not be so obvious to non iPad users.
