East Coast Custard has been a long time user of the FormConnect app. They use it at their two locations in the state of Ohio and have it installed on four iPads and one iPhone. Besides their retail operations, they do a lot of catering. When the customer calls, they use the FormConnect app to schedule the event and take the order. They save the customer record by the date and customer name so they can quickly do a look up to see which orders are coming due.
This process has worked quite well but the problem was that when an order was taken on one iPad, it wasn’t synced to the other four devices. This meant that not everybody was up-to-date on what catering events where pending.
The solution was to upgrade to FormConnect Pro+ which automatically syncs their forms and data between their iPad and iPhones and whenever an order is taken, everybody is up-to-date with the latest scheduled data.
