When sharing a form with other FormConnect users, it’s recommended that the person that creates the form , “Lock the Form Designer” so that nobody else can modify it. This ensures that everyone will be using the same form template and will make sharing records more seamless.
In the screen shots below, notice that the “editor” icon does not display after the template has been locked and distributed to another user.
