One of the features of the FormConnect and FormConnect Pro apps is the ability to lock a record permanently so that it cannot be altered. To invoke this lock feature, tap on the lock icon on the menu bar. A pop-up message will prompt you if you wish to lock the record. When you confirm that you do, a record symbol will display next to the record.
