You’ve put a lot of work into creating a customized form for your business and you’re ready to share it with your fellow employees. However, just because you wish to share it with them doesn’t mean you want them to modify it. After all, wasn’t the goal to have everyone using the same form so there is some consistency across the organization?
When designing your form, there is a form setting “Lock the form designer on export”. When this setting is enabled and you export your form and share it with another user, the form designer icon (paint brush) will be hidden from the menu bar to prevent others from modifying the form template.
