Many of our customers use the FormConnect Pro Plus app to access their customer database. They store customer data within the app and use it to look up records. For example, one of our customers (a towing company) created a form that stored vehicle ID numbers (VIN) within the FormConnect Pro Plus app. When someone would contact them regarding their vehicle, they would open the FormConnect app and perform a search on the VIN to determine the status of the vehicle. Because they had the FormConnect Pro Plus app installed on both their iPad and iPhone, they were able to sync their customer database between the two devices and find the information they were looking for regardless of which devices they were carrying at the time. They then shared that database with other employees and partners by implementing the collaboration feature that allows multiple Apple IDs to be linked together.
