One of our customers that works with horses is using the FormConnect app to document the physical issues that it is experiencing. Besides a text description of what she is observing, she also includes an image of a horse that she can annotate on top of to further clarify the specific body part where the horse needs physical therapy. She then takes photos of the horse with her iPad to provide further analysis.
