If you wish to pre-populate a form with data that already exists from a spreadsheet, you can export the data into a csv file and then import it back into FormConnect.

Importing from a Excel:
1. Create the form first.
2. Save the Excel spreadsheet as a CSV file.
3. Make sure the field names on your form and the CSV file match (they’re case sensitive).
4. Email the CSV file to yourself or store it in a Dropbox folder where you will have access to it on your iPad.
5. Tap on the file and select the Open In (FormConnect) option.
6. Select the form to import the file.
