Maintaining control over the look of the form you created is important as you usually don’t want others altering it. That’s why we there is a form setting that you can enable that will prevent others from making changes.
The setting is called “Lock form designer on export”. When this setting is enabled and then shared with other users, it hides the paint brush (editor) icon from displaying, preventing other users from modifying the form.
