After you have designed your form and are ready to share it, you need to decide whether to allow others to make changes to it. There is a setting called “Lock form designer upon exporting form” when enabled prevents someone from editing the form. This setting is only in effect when the form has been exported and imported by another user. When the form is imported, the editor (paint brush icon) on the menu bar is hidden preventing someone from modifying the form. It can still be filled it out. It just can’t be altered.
