Radio Buttons Versus Check Boxes

While a radio button and a check box look similar, they serve very different purposes.

A radio button is a field that has two or more choices. The choices are mutually exclusive meaning that only one item can be selected.

A check box field has a single box to tick. If the box is ticked, it means “Yes”. If it is not ticked, it means “No”. There is no limit to how many check boxes can be created.
