If you find yourself entering the same information over and over again, you can save some time by pre-populating the form by cloning a fictitious record and then modifying it. Each field has a setting that can be checked that will allow you copy certain field parameters when cloning a record. To clone a record, follow the instructions below:
1. Create a fictitious record with pre-populated data.
2. Clone the fictitious record 
and modify whatever needs to be changed.
3. Configure the field setting
