There is an iPad setting under General > Accessibility called Guided Access. It allows you to lock the iPad to one specific app using a passcode. When combined with the “kiosk” mode that is available in the FormConnect Pro app, a user can also be prevented from accessing other records or exiting the data entry screen without a password.
