Occasionally, you might need to share data between two “different” forms. You can do this by exporting the data from one form and importing it into another. The records must be exported in a CSV or XML format and then imported into the other form. Below are two screen shots on how to export the records in CSV format.

Note: The only requirement is that the fields on both forms must have matching field names.
