Over the last couple of years we have been gradually adding smart form features to the FormConnect Pro+ app to allow you the user to become even more productive. Below are some of the smart form features that are now included in v3.1.1. If you haven’t upgraded yet, please consider doing so.
1. Intelligent Form Design – The ability to design a form and deploy it on the Mac, iPad or iPhone. If you want to make a change to that form, you can also edit it on all three platforms as well.
2. Sync Your Forms Between Your Devices – If you own multiple devices, you can sync your forms and the data to iCloud and your forms will automatically sync to your other devices.
3. Share Your Forms With Other Users – Any form that you create can be shared with any other FormConnect user.
4. Export The Data Collected – Any data entered onto a form can be exported in one of six file formats (fmc, pdf,csv, xml, html, json).
5. Collaborate With Other Users – Create workgroup teams so that multiple users can work on the same form. Data entered onto the form can be synced to one or more users.
6. Multi-Tasking – Open multiple windows and run the FormConnect Pro+ app in both windows.
7. Form Tabs – View multiple forms via tabs.
8. Clipboard – Store text that can be copied and pasted onto a field on the form.
9. Drawing Tools – Incorporate images into your form and then use the drawing tools to annotate on top of them.
10. Form Linking – Link multiple forms together so that one form updates the other form.
11. Button Scripts – Add buttons to your form and create scripts to execute a series of commands.
