There are three ways to delete a completed form (record). The first by tapping on the “Trash Can” button on the toolbar. The second way is to tap on the share button which opens a side view with multiple choices including a “Delete” button. The third way occurs when you are in landscape mode. If you swipe right to left on the record, a “Delete” prompt will display confirming that you wish to delete this record.
