An installation checklist is a series of steps that are required to install a certain type of equipment. Sometimes all the steps are required and other times only certain tasks are necessary. In the sample form below, a list of tasks are listed on the left column with a series of checkboxes to the right of the tasks. When the task is completed, a tick is entered into the checkbox. An optional second page can be added that includes a series of photos that the inspector wishes to highlight.
