There are two ways to view records. One is by viewing all records associated with a specific type of form (inspection, examination, etc.) and the other is by viewing all records associated with a specific customer. The latter approach (see below) allows you to view all records in a tabbed binder display. The three records have Jim Smith (a tag) in common and were linked by the first and last name on the form. By tapping on a different tab, a different record displays.
