A customer wanted to know whether it was possible to have a form emailed automatically to an email address once the form is filled out? The customer is a home inspector and wanted to know that when filling out a form, could they automatically generate a pdf and include the customer’s email address in the body of the mail message?
The answer is YES. The FormConnect Pro Plus app has an enhanced “auto export” setting where you can specify to export the form in the pdf format and reference the customer’s email address in the To: Field as part of the email dialogue screen. You can also include any other information such as the Subject: Field and a some text in the body of the message.
