An audit is an official inspection of an individual’s or organization’s accounts, typically performed by an independent body. An auditing form is an inspection type form that describes the specific things that the inspector needs to evaluate to determine the soundness of the organization. It typically consists of several criteria that are usually documented on the form and has a series of checkboxes that can easily be ticked.
