1. Make sure that you have made backups of all your master forms. Store them on another device or in the cloud.
2. Backup all your completed forms. You can use the export/all records option or if you have upgraded to FormConnect Pro+, you can sync your records to another device.
3. Make sure that you have shared your forms with all your employees that use the FormConnect app so they can perform their job from home or when they are away from the office.
4. Review the process by which forms are delivered to management. Make sure that everyone has at least two options setup in case one isn’t working. If you are using email, make sure that you have at least one cloud solution such as Dropbox, Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.
5. If you use the FormConnect app on both your iPad and iPhone, consider upgrading to FormConnect Pro+ so that you can have all you data synced to both devices. The same thing applies if you you have two or more employees that need to have access to the same customer/patient.
6. When possible, use Wi-Fi instead of a cellular connection. The FormConnect app does not even require an Internet connection. Completed forms are saved locally. The only time an Internet connection is required is when you want to email the form to someone else or upload it to a cloud service.
