If you have the ability in your Contact Manager to export your records into a CSV file, then you can import those records into FormConnect (see below). All you need to do is create the form, make sure that the field names match and email or store the CSV file someplace where the iPad has access to it. Then use the Open In function on your iPad to import the file and select the form.
