Using an iPad to Document a Service Call

Service departments are exploring the possibility of using iPads as a way to cut down on the paperwork that their service technicians are required to fill out. The iPad can be used as an electronic form to replace the paper forms that the service technician is currently filling out. Combined with an app such as FormConnect, the electronic form saves the technician time by documenting the service call and allowing him/her to email the form back to HQ.
