Can’t Sync Records to the iCloud

FormConnect Pro Plus is a powerful tool for creating and managing forms on your Apple devices. One of its most useful features is the ability to sync your records to iCloud. This allows you to automatically sync your records to other devices that you own or to other users that you share a form with.

However, if you run out of iCloud storage, syncing will not occur. This can also affect the performance of the FormConnect app, as it needs to continually check to see whether it has enough available storage to perform the task of syncing records.

If you’re having trouble syncing records to iCloud in FormConnect Pro Plus, here are a few things you can check:

  1. Make sure you have enough iCloud storage capacity. To do this, open the Settings app and tap on your Apple ID. Then, tap on iCloud storage. If you’re running low on storage, you can upgrade your plan or purchase more storage.
  2. Check your Internet connection. FormConnect Pro Plus needs an Internet connection to sync records to iCloud. Make sure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular network.
  3. Restart your device. Sometimes, a simple restart can fix minor software glitches that may be preventing FormConnect Pro Plus from syncing records to iCloud.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the FormConnect Pro Plus app. Sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling the FormConnect Pro Plus app will fix the problem by forcing the app to reconnect to iCloud.
