There are many work scenarios where two or more people need to work on the same form. When this occurs, you want both users to have access to the latest data that has been entered onto the form.
The best way for both users to stay current is to enable collaboration. Then when one person updates the form, it automatically syncs all changes that were made to the other user working on the same form.
Collaboration is a new feature that we added when you upgrade to Pro+. It can be accessed from the menu bar when editing the form.
