If there is one recommendation that I could make to users of the FormConnect app is to check the App Store periodically for app updates. Most problems that users run into is they are running an older version of the FormConnect app that has some bug that was fixed a long time ago but never been updated. Both iOS and MacOs have App Stores so you should check both stores if you are using the app on both devices.
