Taking photos and inserting images is one of the most enjoyable uses of the FormConnect app. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you get a black screen when you try to take a picture or access the photo library, launch the “Settings” app and scroll down to the FormConnect app to see whether you have been granted access to the camera and the photo library on your iPhone or iPad. If these settings are disabled, turn them on. These two settings must be enabled in order for the app to function when using the camera or accessing the photo library.
