If you have upgraded to iOS 7 and FormConnect v1.5.7, you will notice that the slider controls in the Form Settings look a little bit different. This is in accordance with the new iOS 7 design standards. Instead of an ON/OFF setting, the options are Green = ON and White = OFF.
