There appears to be a bug with the latest version of the FormConnect (v.3.3) in accessing the camera and photo library when using the iPhone. We are looking into why this occurring and hope to have an answer and a fix in the next day or two. In the interim, please do not take any photos or if you have an iPad use that device instead.
