Tags view is an alternate way to view the records contained across multiple forms. If the primary field across all your forms is the same (e.g., Name), you can view them all from one screen. For example if you wish to see all the forms that contain “John Doe”, highlight it and every form will display as a tab on the iPad screen. In the example below, eight different forms associated with “John Doe” are visible. Each one is just a tap away.
