A physical therapist recently switched from using a paper form to an iPad and the FormConnect app. The goal was to update the form and improve the data input process. Below is a screen shot of the paper form filled out using a pen and the iPad version of that form using the FormConnect app.
The difference is striking in how professional the form on the right looks compared to the paper form on the left. Starting with text input versus handwritten input, checkboxes and drop down items.
