Below are some tips for using the FormConnect app that you might find helpful:
1. Do not delete Apple’s Mail app. It is required when exporting forms via email even if you use a different email app.
2. Syncing forms between your devices only occurs when you have the FormConnect Pro+ app opened, you have Internet connectivity and you are logged in with your Apple ID. You can check the syncing status by looking at the cloud icon in the lower right corner of the screen. If the cloud icon is rotating, then syncing is occurring and you should let it continue before closing the app.
