FormConnect ProMax is licensed per team member at $25.00 per user per year, with centralized billing so an admin can manage everyone's access from one account.

No. Offline data collection is part of every edition. FormConnect Pro keeps forms and data on the device, while FormConnect ProPlus and FormConnect ProMax work offline and sync once a connection is available. Nobody needs an internet connection to fill out a form.
Yes. Each edition is its own app, so moving up means getting FormConnect ProPlus or FormConnect ProMax rather than paying an upgrade fee inside FormConnect Pro.
